The Guelph Triathlon Project is based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Hosted by the University of Guelph, the program began as Triathlon Ontario's Provincial Triathlon Centre, and later became a Triathlon Canada Regional Triathlon Centre, known as RTC Guelph. Now an independent program, we continue to provide a full time squad environment for junior, U23 and elite triathletes, with the option to pursue post-secondary education. While our primary focus is draft-legal racing, our athletes also compete in non-draft, cross-triathlon and long course events. We aim to develop athletes who can explore the limits of their potential, and to inspire other coaches and athletes to do the same. Our athletes have claimed multiple Provincial and National Championships, earned podiums at events ranging from the Canada Games to the World Championships, and represented their country at the PanAm, Commonwealth and Olympic Games.
